All first time guest start with a consultation. Please complete and submit the consultation form and we will contact you to schedule to best day and time available. For any first time guest we require $50 for your consultation and this payment will go towards your session, this is a non refundable. You will be sent a separate link to complete your reservation.

When you visit for your consultation you will be assisted on how to book your future appointments.

HOW DO I BOOK A SESSION?

Yes, The JOIEE Method does provide post-operative care. We DO treat clients who are immediately post-op, have open wounds, drains, or healing incisions. Please text or call and leave a message stating you are post surgery and we will contact you to schedule you for the correct accommodations for your visit

CAN I COME IN AFTER SURGERY?

Every session is designed to renew and restore you closer to achieving your wellness goals.

WHAT IS THE JOIEE METHOD?

For the best results with your session, please arrive on time and without makeup if possible if you are interested in the Face Sculpt sessions. If you’re unable to remove it beforehand, we’ll provide a cleanser for you, but please note this may reduce treatment time. Bringing along a list of the medication that you use at home will also help us tailor your session to your needs.

How should I prepare for my first appointment?

Here, it’s all about you. In a serene, private setting, we help quiet the stress of the day with soft lighting, relaxing music, and restorative care that lowers cortisol and nurtures both body and mind.

WHAT TO EXPECT

At your appointment, you’ll enjoy a 30-minute consultation to share your medical history, discuss your wellness goals, and review budget options. From this, we’ll create a personalized plan for your beauty journey. 

Can you tell me what happens during my Consultation?

At The JOIEE Method, we deeply value your time as well as the time of our specialist. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

To confirm your session, please respond to your reminder (text, email, or phone call) at least 5 days before your appointment. Unconfirmed appointments may be released and charged in full.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the full service fee. Outstanding balances must be settled before booking future sessions.

Please note: three consecutive cancellations may result in discontinuation of services at our practice.

All deposits are non-refundable, and we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on services or products.

We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to maintain a smooth and respectful experience for every client.

What is your cancellation and rebooking policy?

Unfortunately, if you are sick you will still be charged for your appointment. This does include COVID-19.

What happens if I am sick and cannot make my appointment?

To maintain a serene environment and safe environment, we kindly ask that ONLY guests receiving services enter the studio. If this policy cannot be followed, we may need to reschedule your appointment. Guests under 18 are welcome to have a parent or guardian accompany them.

CAN I BRING SOMEONE WITH ME TO MY APPOINTMENT?

You will not be able to book your appointment until the balance is paid. If it is not paid within 5 business days from the date it was due it will be sent to collections and you will be terminated as a client indefinitely from The JOIEE Method.

What if I don’t pay my cancellation or late fee?

We’ll do our best to accommodate, but late arrivals may result in a shortened service to honor the next client’s time.

If you are 15 minutes or more late to an appointment, you will automatically be billed a $50 late fee.

What is your Late Policy?

We do our best to accommodate every client, and because availability is limited, we kindly ask that you only schedule when you’re confident you can attend. Guest who reschedule or cancel three or more consecutive appointments may be removed from our practice.
